Hi,

Interesting post - I read the book and I also saw the movie.

I think you make a very insightful comment regarding expectations in appearance for the opposite sex.

I do think that having more choices makes it much, much harder to make one.

This is such an interesting post. I was watching Survivor the other night. I know it's a game/show, but there is always somebody who trusts someone else with a secret. In the next shot, you see that person telling the secret to someone else. This happened on the episode I was watching, and I immediately thought, do people do this in real life?

My mind often wanders back to the late 1800's. I have no idea why, but I always envision a simpler existence. I feel somewhat overwhelmed with all of the social media. I sometimes sit and daydream about moving to a tiny little town far from any city and leaving all the technology behind.

I know what you mean?
As I grow older and older I right now always think about moving to the Amish country.. I have been there alot for work and I love it there.

Its so peaceful and simple and people are so much nicer and the food is really good.

that would be Lancaster, Pennsylvania...

The part I liked about Sex and the City was the way it portrayed the close friendship between the women who were really there for each other through everything.
