...just if anyone would not feel like it is nosy if I posted this question, but is the average ages of the visitors/posters here, in the decade of their 30's?

I'm 34 , but I've never thought about my biological clock determining my desire to be coupled up. It's an interesting thought. I can say that when I was 31 and my long term relationship (that I thought was going toward marriage) ended, I panicked a bit. I thought my future was set and I was thrown into turmoil and feelings of time passing me by when that relationship ended. I have come to peace with it now and I don't feel the pressure, but 31 was a terrible year for me. Great question!

'..31 was a terrible year for me'

Same here, for the same reason, except the 'r-ship' at the time wasn't going anywhere least of all marriage lol. I'm 37, in a LTR, and up until I was about

I think you are onto something. A gal I know who is your age said the same thing. The longing for children was so intense around 39 and then by her age now, there is calm.

This may make you feel better...

From what I have learned, on a spiritual level, sometimes having children is not "in the books" for us.

I went to a medium about my anxiety about this and she said "don't worry!

I think that's generally a true statement.

At 42 and still single I haven't found the guy I want to settle down with.

Continuing with the dancers pose until your back loosens up will help progress toward the full pose that you described. Also, bridge pose, full wheel pose and camel pose will help in loosening up the back so that you can go deeper into dancer and bow. Next time you are practicing notice if your shoulders are tight as well, if they are you may want to do more shoulder loosening poses (Bikrim half moon poses are is good for this as well as eagle pose.

Good luck,
