Hey Stacey, just wanted to check up on you to see how you are doing with missing your man. I know that the first few days were the toughest for me when my Navy guy left for his 6 month deployment

That's cute about the picture. Wow, 6'4", he's one tall guy! Keep hanging in there and you are right, each day that goes by brings you closer to the day he comes back and days do fly by. At least for me it seems like the months and even the years go by so darn quickly lately.

Big height difference too huh ;-) I can picture you dancing with him with your head on his chest because you are so much shorter, very cute.
Those insecurities are very normal, believe me I've had them too. It's just your way of being cautious and protecting yourself from hurt in case things don't work out. I still sometimes doubt things in my new r'ship but snap myself back into reality when I go too far with my doubts. This is an only time will tell sort of scenario, but I'm sure he's thinking of you too. If you say that you guys had a great connection and you left on good terms with a good talk then I'm sure he misses you as well :-) As you know too, you have the advantage because you have more opportunities to meet someone new than he does and I'm sure he might be having the same worries that you'll find someone as well.
