This is really weird, but ever since I pretty much told Mr Smith "No thanks" and that I didn't appreciate being relegated to the bottom of his To Do list, and that I need more attention and nurturing from a man, including time on the phone, he's been, frankly, adorable!

I think it's impossible to convey in this forum how bizarre my relationship with Mr Smith actually is.
You know I always get confused what to say to a man when I want something.If I say what I want they dont like it. If I dont say what I want then they ask why didnt I ask them what I wanted .... I have read that women are supposed to tell a man directly what she wants.. I do that all the time and it doesnt seem to be working.
You have done that with Mr.Smith and now he is back to the old Mr.Smith not seeming to give you the attention..but like you said I dont know your dynamics with him because I am not there observing. and yes its hard to convey things on a message board.
