My job is stressing me out

I certainly wish it wasn't so far to retirement but it's also kind of late for me to be looking for another job--my only option at this point would be to open my own office and I don't have the capital to start that up.
I have been working (as a lawyer) for this very small law firm for 15 yrs--I started there 2 days a week while I was also working on my own cases then increased to full time as it was too hard to do both and I like having a regular salary as a single person when there is no one else to depend on.
