Is it like when the aristocracy had pale skin because it was only people who had to work in the fields got tan?

That's an interesting theory.

but actually look at all the old paintings of nudes--the women were never skinny--the ideal woman was always curvy and fleshy until very recently.

Because food wasn't as abundant as today. If food goes scare, fat will be in style again.

I'm 5'3" and I dated a guy who is 6'4". At first, we both wondered if it would work with matching up and all. After we'd been together a few times, he said he'd never go back to tall women. It was much better with me!

Not appealing--I also think of the fact that I'm short so I don't want a really big difference size wise w/ the guy--my 1st ex was 6'1" and that's really a good maximum height, but I don't want someone who I think will crush me.

Music, worst part: the more a man weighs, the more the mons pubus region slowly encases the you-know-what in fat and therefore it appears to shrink, or at least, access is severely reduced - in almost all positions.

You know what else irks me--that people equate thinness w/ fitness and/or athletic ability.

You are right CK as I sit here being not skinny and not fat.. Just a bit curvy and I still have had my share of men so what is the problem.

I was a size 10 most of my life..

I have two thoughts to share...one, I too was wondering what his idea of "fat" was...I'm sure it differs from person to person.
