Had an argument with DD today because she's livid that I'm enforcing our $200/mo forced savings plan.

whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa slow down girl and take a breath and take some air in..

Okay. I am not liking Mr.Smith so much as he continues to talk with his ex and her belly...(lol) Did she have a tummy tuck? How old is the woman and why are they getting a divorce??

Have you thought that you and he could be in a rebound thing?? It is starting to sound like that to me.. Oh; I hope he takes you to Italy because he can afford it. I have been all over Italy and they do have the best shoes in the world. I remember when I packed a few pairs in my suitcase for the flight back from Venice to NY and I begged the girl at the airport desk to please make sure my Italian shoes arrive in one peace. I didnt care about the wings of the plane falling off but I wanted those shoes to arrive in tact.

Oh; The emergency chocolate trick is such a good idea when one is feeling down ..

Well; If Mr. Smith hasnt committed to you then you have nothing to feel bad about going out with this new guy.

I was thinking if I had one wish it would def. to go with you on this RV trip.. and to hell with men, boys, OLD, life, and work and blah blah blah.. we could be like Thelma and Louise but without the bad stuff and we wouldnt drive off a cliff.. (just saying)

Sorry...I'm allergic to cats, and my life isn't all that bad right now. I'm currently coming down off of a baby high, so I don't think much could bother me at the moment. I'd love to hear from my friend (guess I haven't ignored him enough yet), but if I don't it's okay. I know he has his kids tonight.

Free, they knew one another for 5 years before they consummated it.

I picture all of us in this RV and I think we would probably have the time of our lives..

Oh; I wonder what Mr.Smith had to pay to his ex for their divorce settlement?? Well? she is laughing all the way to the bank.(lol)You know that saying. Living well is the best revenge.

It does sound like its been a long time

Music- Depression and "self-pity" are two completely different things. Marina said she's feeling anger and self-pity, not depression. I personally don't think running away from problems is ever the answer, nor do I think any of this is something Marina won't get over...probably on her hot date tonight.

Quite honestly, Marina's life never seems all that bad. In fact, it always seems much more interesting and dramatic than your average person. She gets far more attention, dates, and sex than all of us combined. Pointing out that I'm happy with my measly Midwestern life with only one guy half-way interested and just enough money to pay the bills...well, she should probably reconsider how lucky she is to have the life she has. That's all I was trying to say, just in a nicer way.
