Okay I wasn't sure where to post this at but I figure single girls gotta have jobs out there. So if you know of a better place just tell me!
Okay i have been at my new job for three months. My boss told me we were going to talk about giving me a raise. Here is the problem, I have a feeling he will ask me how much do I think I deserve. What should I say? Also for some reason I haven't been able to click with this job. And it isn't that the job is hard I think my working style is different then my bosses. Plus he is a perfectionist! I don't feel like I have done all that great. But I don't want to say that! Any ideas?

I haven't been in an office or corporate environment for well over a year and I have never considered myself an authority on this sort of thing, but if it were me: I wouldn't sell myself short. Any time you have an opportunity to better yourself, you should go for it. Go online and see what others out there, in the same geographical areas, are making in the your field, with the same experience level. Base your quote on that information.
I found a couple of links:

Good luck!
