Nothing ever happens!

Feeling restless and, unusually, bored today.... It´s all routine, routine, routine in everything. At work, at home, with my choir (OK, new songs to be practiced now, that is fun!).... No sign of anything slightly exciting for at least 1,5 month (when my mother and I are actually going to Tuscany! Cool), no magic in my life whatsoever or even the tiniest hint of romance - well, what else is new?! Nothing ever happens, it is absolutely Dullsville! I know I am responsible for making things happen myself, but why cannot anything thrilling just happen to me for once? Goodness knows I have waited more than long enough! "All good things come to those who wait", yeah right.

Currently watching my beloved series Downton Abbey on DVD and my favourite Irishman "Tom Branson".....gorgeous man.... As I see the oh-so-charming Allen Leech is my age (well, 4 years younger, perfect!)  and seeking the woman who will bear his children, I was briefly considering travelling to Dublin at once and find him - hehehehe! Until it dawned on me, as always, that I am no movie star (understatement of the decade!) and why on earth would he ever pick me if we should actually meet anyway...Ms Average Plain Jane....(with a great sense of British humour though, if I may say so myself!) when he guaranteed is surrounded by beautiful actresses and such all day long. Ridiculous! Oh well, a girl can dream, can´t she? *Sigh.....*

Right now I feel like screaming "BOOOORINNNNG!", leave work, find my passport and fly to London instantly (my favourite city in the world!)....or Dublin. Wink

Ooops, I meant DA and not DT... I agree, start from the beginning!

I have seen Les Miserables as a movie before (G. Depardieu) and on stage. Both terrific. Looking forward to this one and preparing to cry buckets, as little Cosette always moves me with her "Castle on a cloud".Better bring loads of Kleenex!

The Nov weekend sounds great! Indoor pool and spa...lovely! Something to look forward to. I did follow my own advice and watched A room with a view again, which is from Florence and the area. Going to the library to borrow Tuscany guidebooks during the weekend!
