So we haven't done this in a while and it's nice to see who you're talking to... anyone want to share a picture of yourself?
Here is one of me from my birthday last weekend (with the love of my life)

Awwww thanks. I want to thank YOU for starting this thread and getting us to share our visual selves *smile*
For those who want to see more of me I'm on myspace under joyouspirit.
Yo! (from the NJ side of me)
Mark
Auntjules, what diagnosis did you get on your knees?
You may want to do a search on John E Sarno or get one of his books from the library. He is a doctor that works at the Rusk Institute in New York, he is a doctor of rehab medicine and has helped thousands of people. He is a true pioneer IMHO.
Well, I have my pic on here but here's some pics of me out gallivanting around.
Oh, I have been diagnosed with several conditions but the most debilitating problem is the congenital shortness of my lateral retinaculum. It is really ridiculous how far my kneecap is pulled laterally and tilted. I have seen a number of surgeons over the years and like the one that I have had for the past few years. He is the staff surgeon for teh NBA and the WNBA. He has performed Michael Jordan's hand and knee surgeries. He has a great manner and is a no nonsense guy. All around I like him about 10 times more than any other orthopedist I have treated with. Heck, if he's good enough for Michael Jordan, then he's good enough for me!
I'll check out Sarno, though. Thanks for the recommendation I work with rehab doctors and practitioners a lot in my job and see great value in what they do.
Long hair doesn't look too good on me because of my extremely round face but there are times when I really miss having long hair.
It was funny because Shy had no idea what I looked like when we met in Kansas City a few weeks ago. I probably should have thought to send her a photo first since we were meeting but it just slipped my mind.
Hehe, I loved that picture too Mark. Made me laugh like TS did.
I'm not even sure how to describe how I pictured you. I imagined a tall, "business-like" woman. But you look like the fun girl next door!
