question about female psychology

hi
I have a question about female psychology. recently, I was in a situation where I went to an employment agency. so after the session ended, I went home and I called the lady at the employment agency because I needed to give her some additional info. so during the phone call, she started whistling while trying to find something on her desk. this is where my question is. because after a few minutes, she caught herself whistling and remembered she was on the phone and laughed in embarrassment. then she apologized. I told her not to worry. does the whistling indicate an attraction of some sort on a conscious or subconscious level? now keep in mind since she is in HR, it would be unethical for me to pursue anything.

I doubt it signals an attraction. Its probably either boredom or habit. The only whistles that could be interpreted is the catcall whistle and the frustration or disbelief whistle.
Ummm...no.

UM....WHAT?! No, definitely NOT an indicator of attraction. This very much was a habit she does when she is looking for something. She could have been on the phone with anyone. Or alone. Her laughter indicated her embarrassment that she did this private 'tick' in front of someone.
Nope...probably just passing time during the day. I do a LOT of that at my job
