My little sister (14) says she, like, really needs scary movies for Christmas/her birthday.

The original "Halloween" is always a good one, and "The Shining" (w/ Jack Nicholson). That still gives me the creeps!

When I was in my early 20's I saw a movie made in 1963 called "The Haunting" with Claire Bloom and Julie Harris- then I had to walk home alone in the dark - I remember being really, really scared. The 199-something remake was awful, though.
