Well, it didn't work the way I thought it would. He picked me up. There were friends of his at the bar we went, so he spent at least an hour with other people, dancing with others (ok, he knew them), while I was there with my friends. From time to time, he would pass by and either hug me, kiss my hand, flirt..... We danced a bit together too and at the end, I left with my friend and he stayed behind. I guess he wants to be careful knowing that I'm still in love with someone else (we talked briefly about on our way to the bar). It's ok, I still had a good time. :)

LOL Marina. I've never done that, I would usually stay alone for some time, because even thinking about another man after a relationship would make me sick. But at this point of my life, I think that I actually should try "having relations" with someone else pretty fast. LOL
And i would "have relations" with him - so your heart mends faster.
I'd date him, but casually so as not to break his heart.
I'd say if you can get to know him at some public events like dances, then you can see more of what his personality is like so you could judge if you would be compatible w/ him.
