Yeah I was the same way...until the military got my sorry butt into shape. Now I refuse to go back to being the fat body I was before. And after 10yrs of getting up every morning and PTing (Physcial Training), it's just something you cant seem to get out of your system.
Not mixed together, but I accidentally dropped a chip in the ice cream so it had just a little bit on it, but it was good so I started kind of dipping it. I know, it sounds crazy, but it was good!
Thanks! My first goal was 25-30lbs before my wedding. Well the wedding is 8 weeks away, so I might make 25 but not 30. My next goal after that is 50lbs by Christmas. And then 50 more by my birthday in May. R is fit and active so he'll be a great movtivator and my father-in-law is a college physical education professor so he knows a lot about health and exercise. I think I've been wandering lost for so long regarding exercise and eating, that having that extra knowledge and support will really be helpful to me.

Now that I think about it, some of the girls I used to coach would dip their french fries in their shake at McDonalds.
