and probably lower in fat. Oh and I crumbled up a few on top of my salad as "croutons" man was that good to have "croutons" again. HAHA! It's such the little things you seem to miss when you are trying to be good.
Well I'm on south beach so you kind of have too unless you like you said read the back of every kind and make sure they are whole wheat and only whole wheat. So last night I was eating salad, and said hmmm I'll just crush up a couple pita chips on top and it was good, just the right amount of crunch and it tasted good...you miss those things, that seem so not important to some people. Although I have to say I don't miss much now that I eat this way I feel pretty good.

I've never given up croutons, but I do count them if I'm trying to be good and check all the packages because there's a difference in a lot of them.
