I subcribed to her emails and she is selling all these videos on something like "how to make a man fall in love with you".

Has anybody here tried her products...I wouldn't.

I don't approach love like a mathematical equation.

I think any time you have to change yourself to "make" someone fall in love with you, it won't last. Too many people are capitalizing on women's desire to fall in love these days, and I don't like it. Where are the books for men? You don't see guys being targeted! I think they want love just as much, but don't buy into the self help stuff like women tend to.

Guys books are how to get the date and what to do on a date.

I agree that falling in love should happen effortlessly, because the other person enjoys spending time with you and sees the good things in you. On the other hand, I do think that some people are desperate and don't realize that their behavior turns others off. I think these kinds of people could benefit from self-help books.

Sireanita, yes I would rather borrow the book rather buy.

I am currently reading the book you recommended, Love Smart by Dr Phil. When I saw the cover, I remembered that I had read the book a while ago. The problem with self help books is, it is hard to retain the knowledge or put it to practice.

christian carter and rori raye have much the same philosophy.. if you read their freebie email long enough you do get a few gems.. but basically they are both about putting yourself first.. being someone you want to be.. and then the confidence that comes with that creates a vibe that is attractive.. rori talks alot about stopping 'doing' and starting 'being' to not be afraid of what you feel and to allow yourself to actually feel it.. neither of the coaches are asking you to be something you aren't nor to change who you are essentially.. it is more about choosing how you react to situations and being comfortable in your own skin
