Said goodbye yesterday...

...to my beloved 16 year old kitty. She had inoperable cancer. She went down hill very fast yesterday at the vet's, and by mid afternoon, she was peacefully put to sleep. I've been crying ever since.

I do have another cat, but the other one was the more affectionate, playful one. As old as she was, I knew this day would come, but I just wasn't really prepared for it yesterday. I figured we'd fight the good fight and I could get used to the idea for a while.
