I agree with some of the other posts I've read. If you're losing the weight for you, then great, but if you think you have to do it to attract men, then if you lose all the weight and don't get the attention you think you'll get from men, you may be disappointed.

I DO NOT say this to brag, so please do not take this the wrong way, but I'm hoping what I'm about to type will help you. I am a slim woman and get flattering comments on my body from men and women. Yes, are the comments nice at times and a boost to my ego, sure. But, just because I'm slim does not mean I am always happy. I sometimes wonder like you said, if a man really likes me, or if he just wants my body. I have been in SO many bad relationships and I am also divorced. I struggle with self-esteem issues a lot.

Now, on the health side of being slim, I really do like exercising and find that helps with stress and makes me feel better in general. And walking, like you're doing, is such a good thing. It will help you mentally and physically.

So, keep up the good work for YOU, and I just know everything will fall into place for ya! :)
