That really helps to be reassured. When do you have this scan?

(P.S. Big D = Diarrhea) Sorry about the gross factor. :)

I am glad that you got some info - the unknown is the most anxiety causing part of treatment. Good luck on Thursday and keep us posted.

You sounded like you had done your research on the food, so I figured you knew already. But, the ground turkey thing surprised me when I found out, so I thought I'd share.

Yeah, I meant to say "tasty." :) But, my food tastes tend to be different from a lot of people. I am mostly vegetarian (but still eat poultry and fish occasionally), so my food choices tend to be off the norm. I think the trick is in preparation - adding flavor with low-calorie/no-fat herbs, pepper, lemon juice, that kind of thing.

There's a great recipe site where you can search by ingredient AND by special diets including low fat. (You can also search by ease of cooking - you said you hate to cook). Might be a good place to search for things you like and are also in the parameters of your diet: www.recipezaar.com. A lot of recipes are rated, so you'll know if people like it before you try to make it.

Good luck tomorrow! I hope the results are positive.

AJ, enjoying life with C.
