I'm Single and NOT Dating! Not by choice. I want to Date. I just don't date for the heck of it. I've always had a theory or two: Mainly that if you don't see a future with someone then don't continue to date them. With my friends and people I know I'm an open person but with guys I tend to have give out that vibe (the not interested one) without knowing it.
Either the guy I like is not single and plays me like a record or the guys I like, don't want anything more then Friendship with me. And the opposite is true I have guys that I would never date seriouslyu and would be just friends with but they want more and I can't hang out with them without them thinking its a date.
How do I met a guy that is right for me...and if I have a casual friend that I might want to see what happens how do I open the door for more?! How do I give out that vibe?
I'm 25, and have had two major relationships both which were not good or health for me. I know have my standards set and seem to have trouble looking for them. My best friend once told me "That love will pass you by if you don't even try" (I know its from Footlose) and my response to her was that you can't hurry love. I go out with friends but when I'm out with friends I'm not looking to met someone. I'm out to hang out with my friends and I guess I do become shy around new people but nothing more then most people I think. I have try online dating with almost every site and nothing has came of it. Yes I would like to start a meaning healthy relationship. It has been 1 year since my last real fling with someone I thought I had a future with until I found out he was engage to someone else.
Is it me? am I the problem? or is it not my time? and How do I make it my time?
I know A lot of questions to put out there! But I could really use some help!

Do you want a friend or more? If you want friends, you make them. Not unlike you did on the playground when you were a child.
