Sleeping with a girl at work?

Is this a bad idea?

I recently began a new job, and there is a girl there that is pretty cool, and cute. She's been soo helpful, and has been introducing me to everyone, and we just really hit it off in general. Anyway, I really have no interest in her in a romantic sense, other then the fact that I think she's cute and fun to hang out with, but I just dont have room in my life for another crush (if you know my posts... you'd understand :) ).

She's been really flirty though. And, just kind of makes comments in a sense that she wants to sleep with me... I dont know how to explain it, I may be reading it wrong, but it just seems pretty clear

Anyway, I'm pretty sure I'll end up going out for drinks with her come next week, and will have the chance to if I'd like to. The issue is... should I wait? I mean, I'd hate to sleep with her, have things become weird, and everyone to just have to trek really quietly by me at work. She's really good friends with everyone there, and I'd hate to mess up any social experience I may have at this new job.

also Updates from the past 2 weeks - I havent tried to communicate with my friends little sister again yet, but I think he's having a party next weekend.. so she'll be around, still not sure what will happen there. Although last weekend he brought it up. He said, yeah... "I was talking to my little sister.. and she keeps asking questions about you. I asked if she liked you are something, and she said no and stormed off" So yeah... she has a bit of a crush, not sure what I'll do with it.

Theres another girl now... I hung out with her at a friends party, and we made out. Nothing more, but she seems like a potential relationship girl. We've been talking a decent amount this past week, and I saw her again briefly last night. We have plans to grab drinks on thursday. (but i still cant get my friends little sister out of my head)

Lastly, I have not talked with my friend that I slept with about a month back since a few weeks ago (i think when I made the last post) nothing to report there, everythings cool.

edit: Oh and also, I hung out with my ex at a party last night, we had a nice talk, the first time we really had since we broke up. I think I may actually stay friends with this girl!

long post again, sorry. Anyway, opinions on the original question?tion?

Umm... I am guessing she is threatening to report you for sexual harassment or some other, if you don't sleep with her. In that case whatever you do, proceed with caution.

lol, i didnt say i'd hate to sleep with her. I said that I would hate to sleep with her if it caused all of the negative effects.

She's cute, and she's cool and I would love to sleep with her, but she just isnt the type of girl I would look for something deeper with.

But after re-reading what I posted, I really shouldnt. It just wouldnt be worth it.

Definitely do not sleep with this girl until you have a heart to heart with her. What is she looking for? Is she discreet? Be sure you are on the same page, and if you find that you aren't, don't do it. Be careful going for drinks with her, too. Alcohol + Kerplunk = Kryptonite + Clark Kent.

hahaha truer words were never spoken.

Me plus drinks = waking up with a problem.

The same goes for anyone who has too much to drink. Didn't mean to single you out, there.
