I'm glad it's Friday, but lately weekend nights just make me feel loserish.

*dances around* It's my second day (on my period) and right now is the moment where the bleeding stops for a while. I can enjoy that, before the pain comes back one more time. The worst thing about the 3rd day is fatigue. But I'd rather be tired than in pain, that's for sure!

"just got paid... it's Friday night... party huntin', bases right." I don't remember who sings it though.

I'm glad it's Friday night and not Saturday. I have a retirement party tomorrow that I've been helping to organize and there is much stress...

If Mr. Pooh's mother would just chill out, shut up and stay away, then this wouldn't be such a &^%%* gray-hair-producing event. Her kids booked the hall, sent the invitations, ordered a caterer, etc. (notice I didn't list anything that SHE has done... because she has done NO-THING.)

Wait! Yes, she did do something. She (1) engineered the guest list so that the folks that her husband would want to see most at his retirement party were not invited; (2) gave Mr. Pooh a stack of about 30 CDs of different music that she wanted him to set up on his computer for the occasion... after she said that she didn't want him and his friends get together to play a few songs...with dad singing lead.

(Bitchy, party of one! Bitchy, party of one, your table is now available!)

Hey there!

I'm glad you are enjoying it!! That's so funny b/c I just did the same thing this friday night. I accepted a part time job bussing tables (in addition to my full time gig) at a pub/lounge/restaurant, except there wasn't any of my favourite bands there =) I lasted 2 hours and after my first shift realized I think there may be other things to keep me busy and might not be so worth it for the extra cash, although it would be nice, I just didn't really consider it to be worth it. But as long as you find it fun then its all good! I considered maybe doing something else instead of bussing maybe working retail but that may not be so glam either!

See, I was so NOT working a retail job part-time again.
