Hate to say it, but you're no longer 20.

Oh; Well? You probably need more water and a bit more food for energy.. There is no harm in taking a small nap. It actually does wonders for people.

When I started drinking wheatgrass and spirulina I had more energy and i dont nap because of that.. I just sleep eight hours a night and I am good in the morning.

I do tire a bit

I just read this today and it sounds like what you're asking about.

Sorry if it's just the mobile version. The thing I remembered most was to take breaks. That sounds like what you're missing. That, and like music said, you're not 20 anymore. It gets harder to keep moving the older you get.

Well it's at least a little easier now.

Music - hate to burst your bubble but the worry factor goes up in direct proportion to how many miles per day they drive and how many hours per week they are MIA.

Oh don't I know that--in our state, kids under 18 can't drive past midnight.

I've been sleeping better since I gave up coffee and the better sleep quality gives me more energy. Also regular exercise. I feel sluggish if I've skipped a few exercise days. It was a struggle initially to form those habits - to skip coffee although my body was screaming for it, and to exercise when it's easier to sit on the couch. But once the habits are ingrained it's not as much work.
