Unfortunately She Said No

I asked if she would like a coffee on an off-day. Then she told me that she is really busy now -- shopping, going to the beach, hanging out with girlfriends .... I don't know why I feel disappointed, but not devastated. Perhaps I am just glad that I got it off my chest .... Usually, I am comfortable around people, but when I am in front of a girl that I like, I get so nervous that I start to act weird.

Sorry she said no, but I'm glad you took the chance and asked her out.

Awww... I'm sorry she said no but hey... you gave it a shot and that is so commendable! Don't let the fact that she said no scare you away from being brave enough to do that! She truly might not be wanting to date anyone right now! I remember in high school there was a period of time I just wanted to have fun - not date anyone. I turned down a couple of guys that really were good guys but I knew it'd take time away from "going out"! Ha

Hang in there - I'm sure the next time you ask (not her inparticular) it will pay off for you! :)

On to the next!

Just like with men, the "too busy" she gave you was probably an excuse (sorry to say).

It's normal to feel weird around crushes. What's cool is, you put yourself out there. Maybe next time you ask a girl out, it will be a little easier. Sorry she shot you down. There will be others : )

I just want my life back. I have been afraid for too long and want to take a step forward.
