It just makes me feel alive... energized... excited!

I DO love fall, but I don't love that it was 40 degrees here yesterday and rainy (35 degrees expected tonight). I prefer the 60-75 range -- that's just perfect. :)

I know what you mean about the energy it brings as well. I just love when the air is crisp, but the sun is shining -- it is the perfect energetic combination.

It was about 60 this morning when I woke up, 12 degrees below what can sustain human life. And I just couldn't roll out of bed ! That dreaded wintry feeling..

Are you sure it wasn't just depression over a certain series going on right about now? ;)

I think I just like any change in season. After a while

No. Not at all. Not in the least. Ok, maybe a tiny tiny bit.

But it's only a temporary setback.

Yes! I love the beginning of fall! It's not only the relief from the heat that I love, but also the way the air smells when the leaves start to change. Also, for some reason I notice the blue sky more than in the summer time. Fall excites me! I'm a creative person and do my best work during this time :).. I'm the same way about the change between winter to spring when it gets slightly warmer and little flower buds and greenery start to grow.

I had to dig up this message - I recalled posting it last year... it appears this year I'm feeling it earlier than last.

I took this picture yesterday - as you can see all other trees are as green as could be... I couldn't see another one changing colors nearby - but this little guy... is my type of tree!

Fall, sigh

It's about 55 degrees here today and overcast - definitely sweater weather.

I am always ready for fall after weeks of 90+ temps, and it is energizing. I love the crisp evenings, but I also like that the daytime is still warmer.

Makes me want to make soup. :)
