I think you're right!!
Your nick . .. Miami? A local? Born and raised here myself. Lived in the Cutler Ridge area for about 20 years, did Andrew down south . .. and the rest in the Airport area. A lone gringo. (-:
Anyway . .. I tend to just do that . .. however I assure you it freaks some girls out.
PS
Can you guys tell NOTHING is happening at work today? LOL
I like it when a guy shows enthusiasm by calling right away (of course, that's assuming I am interested in him--if I'm not, then there's no good time to call!). So, normally I'd say go ahead and call the next day, but since the next day would be a Sat in this example, I'd wait until Sun and then call and set something up for the following week.
I think if you were to call on Sat there would be a temptation to ask her out for that night and that would not be good on several levels (last minute, it implies you're assuming she doesn't have anything going on, etc).

I agree- charge.
Oh and that brings up something else--do NOT call and fail to leave a message. That is a HUGE pet peeve for me and I know many of my friends feel the same way (if only because you don't know if you're supposed to call back or what the etiquette is). Leave a message either asking for her to call you back when she can, or saying that you'll call back tomorrow.

I said I am open, not pathetic . . LOL The "L" word is a lot harder to find than enthusiastic and even hopeful enthusiasm. (-: Once found it would be herd often enough
.
Makes perfect since . . . Ill try to catch up on the link you sent. Hope I didn't start something already beat to death?
Nah.
"About leaving messages"
Had to edit, I always forget how out of place and context my responses looks with out cut and paste . . .first time doing a board and learning. (-:
That is not the worst advice . .. bad habit from old job, lot of miles and endless hours on the cell . . tend to be fast and don't leave messages unless they are very purpose driven. Time time time . . .Trying to think if it has ever happened now??? Hmmm
