So I have this Eating Light magazine with tons of recipes that look good.

It is a hassle to cook for only yourself. However, it does not seem to me that you will enjoy cooking for many people either! =)

Hi!! Shy
Hats off to you for trying new recipes. It is always hard the first time and eventually it gets easier. I love to cook but only the tried and tested recipes. No new recipes ( I suck at doing that).

Lately I have been trying to lose weight due to health reasons hence my doctor suggested to cook at least one meal . Lately I have been doing a lot of grocery and cooking . So far it is going great but I know one day when I have had enough I will be eating out for days on end. BTW ( I am just bragging now) I have lost 10 pounds from October 7th till now.

Thanks

I don't cook often because 1)our kitchen is so small, 2)it costs a lot to make good food, and 3)my father gripes whenever we cook something (but he'll gripe about anything).

...And yet I'm succeeding in my positivity training. How ever do I do it!? :o

Shy, how did it turn out?

Nervous, congrats on your weight loss! That's terrific!

It wasn't horrible, but it's nothing I'm craving to have six days in a row.

Well, funny story and very identifiable! That is, if identifiable is actually a word. You know what I mean.
