OK, so maybe it's just in CA but Target has a new line of bras called "Self Expressions".

I've noticed they have some bras in Victoria's Secret that have a lot of padding so I'm sure those would have the same effect (but at a much higher price, I'm sure).
Nipple sensitivity gets lost in surgery.
