Workplace and flirting

Hi!!
I just wanted to find out how many people do this. Whenever in my work place any guy flirts with me I just freeze means I do not react back. I think in the back of my mind workplace and flirting just doesn't mesh. If the same guy I would have met some where else I could totally see myself flirting back at him. May be it the co-worker/office thing that stops it. So does it happen to anyone else.

When several people either flirt or joke around with you it is a sign that you are excepted as part of the group.
So, make sure you think of some snappy come backs. Means your job is more secure when you fit it.
If it's a guy weigh the consquences and delights.
That's all folks.
Thanks Cole and Louise,
I totally understand the joke and friendly flirting in workplace that is fine. But it is the other kind of flirting that catches me off guard. I think I will eventually learn how to handle it.
Thanks,

I've had attractive men in professional settings call me beautiful or whatever and I just freeze and don't even say anything back because I freeze. It takes me off guard and I wasn't looking for a compliment. Then after it's over, I replay it in my mind and say, darn, I should have atleast smiled and said thank you.
My dentist whom I think is cute, called me beautiful and I just ignored him and didn't say thank you or smile. I just kept it professional and so did he after that. LOL.
Geesh! I've got to loosen up a bit sometimes.
