So I'm at a bar with my girlfriends the other night and the bartender is majorly flirting with me. I know this means nothing because he's a bartender but it's just the kind of self-esteem Pick Me Up I need. The end of the night, he hands me a note... his phone number? An address to meet him back at his place??? No it says "Spiritual Release... $200." What??? So he's apparently a bartender and a prostitue. My girls had a huge laugh over this. I had to wonder, have I been out of the game so long that now I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT??? LOL

PCRE helps people who are ready to release unconscious beliefs and programs or "tapes" that have hindered their growth. It also guides those people who desire to create a more spiritual lifestyle. After releasing blocks with the PCRE process, many clients have reported a greater experience of personal security and happiness in their lives. Others report feeling greater purpose and passion on a daily basis.""""

I just spent the last half hour (at least) reading your blog.
YOU ARE the SWEETEST Ray of SUNSHINE for saying that about my blog. The person who died was my 27 year old cousin and very tragically. Everytime I get close to writing about it, I just... can't. So I write something kind of flitty and fun. I think you can see I often talk about my mother's nervous breakdown, that happened just after the trial for the person who killed my cousin. So I know the disaterous results of keeping all this grief inside. I'm hoping I can dig deeper and put it out there.
Thank you and lots of love,
Kayla
