Lol- yes, 29 hours!

So I had been chatting all week with this one guy from POF- I saw something cute on his profile and emailed that I agreed with him- and he emailed back... and we went back and forth for the week until we decided to meet on saturday.

His pic was cute- and well, I meet him and OMG- he's GORGEOUS!!!

Wow, Alison. That sounds awesome. Thanks for the update. I'm hoping he calls about the latern event - which also sounds great with or without a date.

Let us know how it goes.

You are hilarious - this has to be the longest date in history. I am always terrified of spending too much time on the first date - for some reason first dates always scare me - I mean I can't even find something to wear!

Okay - let's hope he wants to see the lights with you and he calls soon - you will have to keep us posted. It sounds like you two hit it off!

Wow that was a long time for a first date! That's great that you guys hit it off so well that neither one was trying to leave. But how will you ever top that for the next date?? Every other "normal" date will just seem too short and too fast after that one!

I'm surprised you guys ended up in bed though (even though it was without 'the deed')- I think that will be hard to back off from with future dates as well. But I hope it doesn't end up getting in the way. In my experience, that is just something you can't ever 'go back' from once crossed. But I do hope it all works out for you.

Will he expect you to have so much free time to give him often? I guess some of my warning bells are going off, even though I am thrilled for you that you and him got along so well. It's just crazy that it was just the first meeting!

Sounds like you'll just have alot of fun with this guy!

I fully know what you mean- how do you top that AND how do you go back?

This sounds like a great beginning! I wouldn't worry about letting the "sleeping together" get in the way. Just because you did this doesn't mean that you have to have sex on the next date. It's nice just to BE with someone. I'm glad you have found a hottie to spend time with. :)

A gold star for you wanting to concentrate on work and friends. It definitely is weird to look back on past relationships to see how obsessed I was about a guy and whether he was going to call or see me again. Women, not just the men, get better with time! :)

Keep us posted!

Wow!! That must have been some intense chemistry and connection to last 29 hours for a first date.
