Welcome to my life.... always a crazy story. I'm sitting on my bed with a broken foot. That was my night last night at karaoke. But the good news is I met someone.. a very sweet gentleman.

So I'm up at the bar and chatting away with six new people.. everyone is having a great time... When my new friends

That IS crazy, LB!!! I'm glad it wasn't anything bad, but man, what a story! So I guess you're just stuck in a splint cast (not a true casted plaster cast) for a short while? Or is it a break where they will do the plaster cast in a few days?

So what a jerk that other guy was- if he pulled you and made you trip and then he wasn't even trying to help you out! I guess it was a total blessing that Tall Guy was there. Otherwise you might've had to call 911 and meet some cute paramedics instead...

I do have to ask though... now that you've moved and this is a whole new place/situation for you... whatever happened to your kids?? Are they not with you? If you talked about all that before, I must've missed it.

Hope you aren't in too much pain today!

My mom moved up here with me and she watches the kids for me... so that's why i can go out and not worry about a babysitter..... at least until she decides to move again.... I work the night shift and finding child care is more difficult for that shift... so she agreed to help out (i'm paying her) until i find something else....

The three young children are with me, but my two older teenagers still live with their dad... which is why i drive back to the old city all the time... to pick

Jerky dancing boy should pay for my medical bills really....

Luckily for me Tall Guy was all about taking care of me.... And he's called twice today already... he didn't come to the BBQ with me because he had to work today... he is a plumber and loves to cook. Anyway, he sounded too tired for a party, which was fine with me because i might have had a harder time explaining what happen with the foot... as it is, i simply said, i missed a step and landed wrong on my foot... which is what happened but i left out the drinking at a bar part... the first thing my boss asked was did that happen at work or at home.. hehehe... too bad i'm a mostly honest person or i would have said work, then they would have paid for the bill... but the truth always comes out... so I said it happened after i left work... I'll just be hobbling around but it shouldn't affect work at all...

I went to the bbq and had a nice time socializing with the new crew... we shared fun stories... i met Kane's girlfriend and hated her...lol... jsut kidding, she was nice and they seemed more like engaged than just dating... it looked serious. oh well, he's still cute to look at.... Met the bosses wife, who's 6 months pregnant so i shared baby stories... Everyone at work was surprised to find out that i have 5 kids.... I don't look old enough and i look too small to have had five... I just have one of those bodies that it was very easy to have children and i lost the weight very quickly after child birth... genetics...

I didn't think of that... that would have been a pretty good plan too... but with no insurance right now, the ambulance would have been too
