Moving in together is always an adjustment. Family meeting to lay some ground rules is in order, I believe. Talk about your expectations, and then ask each of them what their expectations are.
As for the tv- set up a schedule together so that each gets their turn on the big tv. If there is a conflict of time, then a roll of dice or rock/ paper/ scissors for it :P

I know it is a hard place you are in.
I think it's very tough to step into a ready made family especially if the relationship is less than a year old and to live together on top of that.
I am in Month Four of my relationship with Cute Widow.
I think what PP expected when moving in was an 'insta-family'.
I feel like I am have failed giving him what he wants and it really bothers me.
