i've been divorced about 10 yrs. xh started some nonsense about 18 months ago that led to us having a court trial over child support and a few trivial matters back in february 2008. we have a new judge and people who have dealt with her say she favors men in her decisions. well it's been over 2 months and we don't have her decisions yet. my lawyer thinks its risky to call and ask when the judgement will be rendered.(it could appear that i think that the judge is not doing her job). i don't want to keep calling my attorney because i owe him lots of money.(i asked that xh pay my lawyer's fees). there is no time limit for decisions. xh has a

cs is based on xh's income. the more he makes the more cs increases. my income has increase several times since the divorce. he is hiding $ so cs won't increase. he is married and nw works. xh had a set of taxes made up to show that he was single and filing single. his nw is an enertainer and claimed zero earnings one year but managed to put $25000.00 into a retirement account that year. it appears that money belonged to xh but she saved it under her name to avoid xh showing that he earned extra money. this way xh saved paying more in cs.

the divorce agreement states that xh pays 70 % of activities, unpaid medicals etc. he hasn't paid anything. as he stated on the stand in court" i pay my weekly court ordered cs and that's all!".until he dragged me to court and i had to pay tens of thousands in lawyer's fees. (actuallly the bills aren't paid yet) i struggled yet managed to pay for most of son's expenses. when we divorced xh was making near 100,000. he and his business partner got themselves fired and collected unemployment during the initial court proceedings. thus they both lowered the amount of cs they would have to pay. but the judge in each case recognized what the men did and added some $ because they were not earning up to their potential. i hope this judge saw this at the trial. xh bought a half million dollar house on $50,000.00 salary. remember there are yrs that nw doesn't claim any income. on his mortgage application he reported about $80,000. but he claims that was a mistake. he makes cash deposits twice a month into his account. he claims it's not"income"but reimbursement for office supplies". if it is income it goes toward cs. there has not been an adjustment in 7 yrs. xh has taken son to drs and not paid the copay. i got stuck with the bill.

because he was making so much more than i was, he get the exemption until i earn a certain amount of $. son is at the age when the court order can increase because of his age in our state.

because of his abuse, i have a permanant restraining order against him so there is no talking between us.he is a complete control freak.

in my state daycare is the sole responsibility of the custodial parent.

thanks for responding.
