OK Here's the update! We had arranged to meet at 2 at his office. He called me on cell and asked me to come up to his parents house (they have a family business and they live right near office) so I could see their remodeling project. Since his parents go to my church I thought this was a good sign that he shared with them that we were going out together! Then we took off, just shopped around, went to Barnes and Noble, Office Max, etc. had a wonderful time hanging out, ate dinner then headed back towards home. It was early when we got back so we decided to watch a movie together. We were going to his house because he has a Big screen TV but it was snowing and I didn't want to have to drive home in it late at night, so he came to my house. We both had a great time! He is a very comfortable guy to be with, very content with his life and we have alot in common. After dating someone who ALWAYS had an issue and hated to be alone (I broke up with Drama Boy in Sept.), it is like a breath of fresh air. So Yea! A Fun date! A a great new friend! And yes, he KISSED me good night! I think we may have to think up a nickname for this one!

Comfortable... yes that is what best describes being with him. Also fun and mentally stimulating. Funny, Ive never been in a relationship where I started out as friends with the guy- that's why this one seems different.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! What a great day/date. That companionship and ability to be comfortable with someone is worth a lot in my book. Yay for you!

Yes.....I kissed him or rather he kissed me! I really wasn't expecting him to kiss me as he hadn't held my hand, put his arm around me or anything all night. We watched a movie at my house after we got back from shopping and dinner. When it was time for him to leave he said "I had a REALLY good time!" Then hugged me- I think he went for a kiss but my face wasn't in the right position- LOL. Then we talked for a minute, then he leaned over and kissed me. 2 kisses actually! double the fun huh?
We didn't talk yesterday, and we don't have firm plans to get together again. I didn't call him because I want to be laid back about this. Think I'm going to wait for him to make the next move since I asked him to go with me on Saturday. Any thoughts on that everyone? He did ask me to come to his house for movie night next time sometime when it's not snowing. (I don't have 4 wheel drive and don't drive in snow and he lives 10 miles out of town)

How was the first kiss? Well he kissed me twice- what does that tell you? ;^)

My devilish flirty side says you should leave him a voice mail, email or text saying you enjoyed your day/evening together and that his kiss melted all the ice away. And that you're still thinking about it..

Make him know you are thinking of him and enjoyed it. Then maybe ask him later this week if you're still on for Saturday.

Ahhhh...TWO kisses. You Likey!

"Think I'm going to wait for him to make the next move since I asked him to go with me on Saturday."

Meaning I was the one that asked him to accompany me on the date we had this past Saturday!

Ohhh... this is good stuff! Yes, let him make the move but continue to be receptive. I like hearing this.
