Well, I think the good thing for ME is that I'm in a "take-it-or-leave-it" place on dating right now.

Hey Alison-

I like this giy for being so open about what he's doing..he's accoutable. That's great! I mean- who like to sit there wondering? So, taking things slow sounds good, and he's being honest about that. Sounds like he as recently hurt also and is being wise to not jumping in with both feet too fast all over.

He sounds interested and like a gentelman. I'm happy about your first date!!

I agree with dating more than one guy at a time..... it keeps a person from obsessing... The best way to get rid of first date jitters is to date someone else while you are waiting for that second date... And i read that in a respectable book.... "How To Get A Date Worth Keeping".

He sounds great Al. Also, he has his head on straight...you have your head on straight which is a good combo. So many times when we meet somebody new it's so hard to stay "out of the mystic". I've been guilty many times of going there. lol

Lol Loony!

I'm just looking at it as a new friend and not focusing on dating.

I'm ok being single right now, and he'll have to prove to me that he's serious and he's worth it :P

Absolutely Alison...and what a great feeling that must be! You are definitely worth the effort.
