I tell people that my dog and my children are my best selling points for people immediately love my dog and after talking with my kids, they love them as well.
I don't know as though I would go to his house on the second date - but that is just my .02 - the final say of course is your call and your preference. I might push for the motorcyle ride and the movie first and warm up to the house later on. I say that because you don't know him that well and to me that is an invitation for sex or intimacy too soon and at the very least you want time to go on a few dates and get to know each other and then agree to exclusivity. Otherwise you risk the guy who doesn't want to be exclusive and just wants to hang out.
I was laughing at what Alison said - we are all different - I don't like motorcycles at all - but not to insult you - that is just me. And if he has one and you like it - that is a good thing for both of you.
As for the age - that is also your call. Older does bring more mature and if he is fit enough for you and likes to do the same things - why not? It instantly puts you as a treasure for something you didn't have to work for.
Glad you dont let the age difference bother you. I had a LTR with a guy 10 years older.
First impressions mean a lot. I knew on my first date with my husband that I would marry him. I knew when I first met the 10 year older guy that it was going to be something long and I knew when I first met Religious Guy that I was crazy about him. I have dated many others but never had that feeling except for these three.
Trust your instinct. If you feel there is something there then there probably is.
Amazing how different we all are- you loved that he picked you up on his motorcycle... I wouldn't have GONE if that was the "ride"!
I think all this is irrelevant until it gets serious.
Yeah, when he dropped me off at work, I gave him a hug and then I gave him a kiss on the cheek.. :)

It sounds like you two made a good connection.
