Oh wow... so Hiker keeps asking me out for something nearly EVERY day!!!!

Not that I'm complaining, I'm just surprised. Now that my boys are gone, he's been wanting to get together every chance he/we get. He called yesterday evening after work, and wanted to go hit some golf balls. We hadn't planned anything ahead of time, and I had just come back in from digging dirt & pulling weeds

Oh Wow, Shrimps! Your Dance Card if full!

I think it's great that Hiker has that kind of drive and desire to see you. As long as he is not driving you nuts, then I think it awesome. Why not take advantage of the kid free times....unless you need some time alone. Yep- it's obvious..your guy is crazy for you :o)

BTW my DD and her friends do that iCarly thing too. Its so funny!

Wow, I think all of that time that you weren't really available to him made him really miss you and realize just how much he wants to be with you.

That's too funny that so many of your kids do that iCarly thing. LOL Who would've known?!!??

One time my kids looked at me like I was the "idiot clueless Mom" because I said something about the girl on iCarly looking alot like the sister on Drake & Josh. And they both piped up and told me, "It's because she's the same girl!!!!!" in that "duh, mom" tone. LOL

I didn't know!

Anyway, Hiker just called and asked me out for Thursday night, too. So has he really been this "oppressed" all this time with having to date me only once a week because I had the kids? All this time, I thought it was because we were BOTH busy and couldn't get together. Now I'm starting to think that it's only because I'M the busy one, and he would rather date all the time if I could be free to do it! I know his son has stuff to do too- but apparently they aren't as busy as I thought. Hiker seems to have ALOT of free time on his hands right now! Or maybe he's just trying to make up for lost time, and take advantage of my kid-free time while we have it. It doesn't come very often, that's for sure.

I just find it interesting!

Thanks for all the cheers, everyone! I don't post too much about our dates lately- because they are so few... but with the "raining dates" thing- it's been crazy!
