Ok everyone.... I'm starting to get confused as to who's with who, who's dating/ in a relationship and who's on hiatus... so can we get an update?

Are you dating/ in a relationship?

If no, why?

If yes, for how long, how "serious" and how did you meet?

I took calculus, too... In college when i thought i wanted to become a high school math teacher. I loved math but i wasn't too crazy about students... i felt like i lacked the patience...

And calculus kicked my behind as well... i went as far as ordinary differential equations. It was fun but not for me.

Here's what I did, if it will even make sense (and I will add in each step separately instead of doing several at one time):

2=6(x-3)+4x-18

2+18=6(x-3)+4x-18+18

2=6(x-3) + 4x - 18

Steps:
2 = 6x -18 + 4x -18

2 = 10x -36

38 = 10x

38/10 = x

3.8 = x

See Mark's work looks much simpler than mine!!! That's more what I did- but it doesn't show each little math bit. Sure looks simpler, that's for sure! lol
