Would be cool to get some pointers of a quality site where the members are religious minded, came across one site but just not many members.

My SIL did something like catholicsingles.com but she didn't meet anyone--she said everyone they sent her lived too far away.

I took a chance and searched to see if sites like this exist, sure enough there seems to be many sites (sometimes I wonder if there isnt a site yet for everything) anyway found you a site that reviews all the sites that claim to cater to different religions, its a free site, cool thing to see detailed video reviews, big time saver, here is the link, http://realreviews.com/reviews/category/4/Religious-Dating.html

you should check how many members the dating site has. There are quite a few popular ones out there and check out reviews about them.

As another poster said, the big question is what religion are you? For instance, a dating site for Orthodox Jews won't help you if you're a born again Christian.

Frumster.com is a good site for observant Jews. I met my wife there.

I guess what I'm unclear on here is just how the group would interact.  Would the objective to be to have small group Bible study?  At the other end of the spectrum, is the vision for this group to be a largely socially focused group where the members have a commonality of religious beliefs?  (Some of the religious groups online define what they are about by saying they are about chatting, flirting, etc. with a group they feel they could be comrfortable with.)  I think until that gets defined for the group being suggested here, this idea will get little traction. It's hard to make a commitment to a group if you don't know what they are about.
