Hi everyone,

What are your weekend plans? Are you packing for a trip? Planning to clean the house? Going on a hot date? Doing something fun with the kids?

Give us an update!

Thanks! Everbody else has just kinda laughed at me when I said I wanted to go to a wildflower farm! It even has a butterfly house! Also wine and jelly tasting! Yeah, I heard it is still really dry up there. Here is where I am going since you like wildflowers too!

We are doing a combo of things - cleaning is always number one, especially with 2 puppies. DS has a birthday party and I have about 100 miles of riding and running to do in preparation for my next race.

It is fun hearing everyone's plans!! Keep us posted!

I think the flower thing sounds great! Especially with wine tasting and the extras. I bet it's a fun time.

Okay, I am SUPPOSED to have a date tonight, but I haven't talked to him since Wed, when we were deciding on what we wanted to do. At first it was a play, but there is nothing playing at the theatre just now, so we changed to a movie. Nothing good is really out for two grown-ups who like Lord of the Rings/sci-fi type stuff there either, though. However, he has not called me to cancel or confirm what time we should go either way. I was expecting him to call me this morning and let me know either way, but he didn't. (he works nights) and I don't think I should have to be the one to call him. So, I'll just wait and see if he calls. I wouldn't be devastated if he didn't call, however. I'm not really all that attracted to him for any more than a friend. Plus I had to cancel on him last time since my daughter was sick and throwing up, so I am hoping he isn't pulling some childish payback or something. I don;t know him THAT well, but he could possibly be the type.

Snickers has a b-day party that I need to get a gift for before tomorrow. It's one of the girls in her class, so she should have a lot of fun there. This is her first "girl from class" invite, so she's really excited.

I am not sure what we are doing on Sunday, but if it's nice out, it would make a great picnic in the park day.

Happy weekends!

My bet: I bet he doesn't say anything, but he makes it a point to talk to you like he's done nothing wrong. And if he does, he'll say "I've been meaning to call, I've just been so busy this week..."
