Hey Savannah - are you feeling any better today? When is he home? Are you getting anything done or going out to help keep you occupied?

It IS hard, but it does get easier every time- not that it doesn't hurt... but just gets easier.

Oh that IS tough! (((HUGS))) I'm like you, my kids haven't been away from me for any big length of time (longer than over night) and I would fall apart. When they're still so young, and vulnerable, our mothering is just so keen still and goes into overdrive when we're apart from them. I feel your pain :( (((HUGS)))

Its tough. I know. But the way to deal with it is to keep busy and do things that you normally cant do with him, like hang out with the women friends or gym trips, hairdresser, etc. I would say it gets better as they get older but it doesnt. My 17 year old was in Canada last week and I thought about her the whole time.
