This guy is funny!!
Online dating is more challenging & time consuming than the selection process for American Idol. It would appear that due to social flaws in concert with work compounded with a lack of appropriate meeting opportunities, the alternative boils down to online dating. Yes online dating is the ultimate dating roulette wheel where the stakes are your time and your heart. The first and preferred qualifying round should begin with a phone call. Personally I would rather hear hello than write an autobiography followed by a salvo of written cross examinations that are painfully and time consuming administered via email. The prize hopefully leads to a friendly meet and greet. Hopefully the picture is a real representation not from a time long ago enhanced with an air brush.Yes we see those same faces in the on-line Sears collectors’ edition catalog complete with picture profiles suspended in a cryogenic state like episode of the Twilight zone. Contestants jockeying for position for relationships believing that eventually statistics pan out and Cinderella prevails in the end too right? Don’t tell anyone but she divorced charming over a shoe fetish and is hanging out on match. On a less sarcastic note leaves us with this: A nice normal guy with a sense of humor, entertaining at times, fun conversationalist, kind, passionate, physically fit, and does all of the normal stuff that a man is suppose to do. Ok a little more? I love my work, and my life. I raised a daughter who is 19 and now attends college out of state. I grew up in a warm loving family in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Yes a phone call is better, much better

Was that written by Dennis Miller, LOL????
He sounds darkly humerous with a witty sarcasm. Are you considering writing him?
I did send a note that I thought he was funny but he did not write back. Such is OLD - I guess that means I did not make American Idol? LOL!!
Are you going to contact him?
I did - and he didn't write back. But he did read my profile. :-)
I am in a bit of a downtime right now - one on EH came on in a storm - sending notes back right away and asking for my number in the first message - but no call. And the one from the ship didn't write last night - he had asked about my weekend and I was sure to mention DS and so that either put him off or he was attending to broken engines last night. No new ones yet - but it is early in the week. Will keep you posted, though.

I love that you always do!
And who knows?
Steph
AND - I just had a funny thought - can you imagine if WE did THAT to a guy? He would never call us back!! LOL!!
My friend has a guy for a friend - and she was at his apartment when one of his friends called to tell him about his date. The guy was not calling her again because she had 5 big dogs that jumped on him and slobbered on him. And he went on about a lot of other details - they are just as picky as we are!!
