Fun question for all - COFFEE
| Tue, 07-31-2007 - 4:51pm |
I was thinking of this question for us as I was baking brownies for DS and his friend and making coffee for me to wake up.
We all love coffee - make it at home, get it out and even have our first dates as coffee dates.
SO.... what do you guys like to put in your coffee?
a) if you make it at home?
b) if you have it out?
Do you always drink regular? Or do you ever drink decaf?

Well, I rarely make it at home these days. Seems like too much trouble for just one person and I can get a cup at the corner for less than a buck. Mostly I just do milk or cream in it. If I have regular coffee, I add some cream. If I have a latte, just skim milk. Every once in awhile I will get a fancy mochawhatevermacallit at Starbucks but mostly I order a plain latte with skim milk. I drink it everyday and only one cup.
I will occasionally have a cup of decaf if I'm at a party or social gathering where they are serving desert.
That is me.
The only one cup is because I am an insomniac and too much caffine just makes it worse but if I don't have my cup I get a headache. I love the taste and will occasionally miss it and have to substitute iced tea or something at lunch (plain no sugar here either)

I LOVE my coffee! :) I make mine at home and take it with me to work. I drink regular coffee unless I make it at night and then I do decaff. I put the non-fat non-dairy powder creamer in mine and regular sugar when at home. When I'm out and get coffee, it's usually the half and half and Splenda. Now if I get it at Starbucks or somewhere similar, I get a good one and don't care about the fat! lol This is okay because the last time I went to Starbucks was probably over a year ago! lol

No coffee here.
I get a bag o beans from Costco and grind them myself for my 4 cup coffee machine. I grind them extra fine for nice strong pot of coffee. I came to appreciate coffee when I found out how tasty it is when I moved out to Oregon where the Northwest invented good coffee in the U.S. I add vanilla soy milk to it.
