Guess what WE did last night..

I bet you all thought it was dirty haha. Where are YOUR minds lol!!

Last night we finally took down ALL THOSE D#MN KNICK-KNACKS of BE's and all the pictures and went through all our things that we want out. FINALLY! It felt Soooooo good to incorporate "our" things for display. I finally feel less like someone renting a corner of his house and much more like it is "our" place.

For example the curio display cabinet now is displaying the Morono glass vases we got from Italy together, and pictures of his dds along with pictures of my parents and dd and his dad. All together! It looks so nice! And we put away the hundreds of little knick nacks that meant something to him from his past 30 years that has no meaning to me.

But I was a "good girlfriend" and even offered up to keep out some of his artifacts that he got traveling that I actually like that blend well with our

I have to laugh about the tree and the purple kitchen. I'm glad that SEV had NO problem getting rid of those little problems right away!!

LOL I forgot about the tree!

J didn't really have much stuff when he moved in, he was living with a roommate and they had a mismatch of hodge podge and he brought mainly just his clothes and stuff from his room, including a dresser that was BRIGHT YELLOW: think crayola crayon yellow.

I'm a lurker but I just wanted to respond to your questions about Westies. I have an 8 year old male Westie. They have hair, not fur so they do not shed much at all. They are very playful but they do calm down as they get older. Mine weighs about 15lbs which I am told is on the smaller side. One thing I will warn you about is that Westies tend to have allergies which lead to skin problems and ear problems. Mine is allergic to dust so I am constantly dealing with skin problems. Due to his severe ear infections, he is now deaf. Other than those couple issues, he is a great dog. I would definitely recommend getting a Westie. The puppies are just SO adorable. If you have any other questions, just ask.

A previous GF's of SEV's had some very 'interesting' ideas about decorating.

Purple kitchens and dead trees in the living room.
