Well, that is certainly a good report - I mean - you might not be totally into him at this point - but you did have a good evening and he seems very nice. Your friends sound like a hoot!

Keep us posted!

Wow! You're doing great in the dating world!

You have the great relationship with Carlos and now have met a guy who at least has possibilities. Cool!

Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!! Keep us posted on how/if things progress with this guy!

Good luck!

HOOOORAY!!!! I'm glad to hear that you had a fun time, even if it wasn't a total love match.

Did your date seem like a metrosexual? Where I live, there are tons and tons of metrosexuals. They are straight, but they know more about clothing lines and skin care products than I do. I met one guy for a date once (long time ago) and he was super cute, but he complimented me on my shoes and purse. I mean, he noticed that my shoes and pursed matched and I found that unnerving. Plus, he had a high voice too.

Good point and question. I do know of those metrosexual types - and would NOT be attracted to one. As if we don't have enough things to worry about !

Everyone is so sure metrosexuals are straight with girly interests. I think a fair number of them are at least bi but want people to think they are straight. I wouldn't assume that a man who appears metro is really straight until I knew him a lot better.

I don't feel comfortable if a guy is too interested in clothes and "products"!! Puts way too much pressure on my. My wardrobe consists of jeans, sweaters, jean skirts and shirts and my work scrubs and running gear!! oh and my beloved cowboy boots!!

That's interesting. *MY* Interepertation of a "metrosexual" is just a guy who is in tune with "girly stuff", like fashion, colors, matching, etc.
