Hey I didnt see this when I posted my soap opera before. You sounded so happy in this post and isnt this kind of what you were looking for? Someone who could mesh with your kids and achieve that warm family glowy thing effortlessly? This seems like a great thing even if it doesnt turn romantic honestly. It is good for us all to be reminded that blending our kids in a room with a male who cares about us can be GOOD, positive and energizing instead of what most of us all went through in our marriages. It reminds you that you CAN feel that and what you have to look forward to when you do find that someone...:)

Yeah, it felt really good to just be able to hang out with someone I really enjoy that I could "communicate" with, but my kids were having a great time too with each other. I like hanging out with new people and groups without worrying about a relationship or feeling I'm in an interview and if I get a second date out it. Just hanging out and enjoying the day doing stuff we all enjoy with everyone we enjoy was really nice. It made me feel so complete finally. Everyone was happy, no one left out.

And he already kind of knows your history so there's no worries about going through the interview process.

The best part of it is, I don't see it as a romantic thing. At least not at this point, but just enjoying our company.

That does sound great. Feeling complete and everyone included. Being yourself and being a mother all in one room. I didnt allow myself that or risk it for the longest time. I just wouldnt introduce any men to my son for fear he would attach. When I finally did it was like a part of my heart rejoined my body almost. We need to be whole so romance or romance, I am really happy about your Saturday night.
Now, dont get me wrong, I loved your racy story the other week too - it should have come with a glass of wine and chocolate but I took care of that myself. I dont even think I thanked you but its never too late for that right? Thanks - gave us all a few ideas I am sure! You provide a nice amount of variety here:)

You're right! I know I'm versatile in any situation, but I would like to find someone that could be just as versatile with me. Someone who enjoy a little of everything, not just one way.
