Alright ladies and gentlemen,
It's that time of year again... as the leaves turn and the frost begins, we begin to think about ghosts and goblins and candy...
What are the kids getting dressed up as?
What are you getting dressed up as?
What time do you like to head out trick-or-treating?
Do you take the kids alone, or join up with a group of friends?
Any parties lined up?

the princess will be an angel, Droid hasn't yet decided what he'd like to be.
I won't dress as anything.
I am supposed to work until 8, so if I can't get out of work early, funnyguy will take the trick-or-treating without me.
If I do get out of work, we'll all go together, and probably leave the house around 6:30 or 7.

Wow - how nice that funnyguy will take your angel and your "droidwhoisdecidinglater" out!!
How are you going to make the angel costume?
Oh I do hope you get out early!! And to see the band!!
No real plans here yet. DS has this monster costume he always favors and likes to wear every year. And if he still fits it, why not? I know he won't want me to walk with him so the puppies and I might just go behind to be part of the patrol.
We are sort of in an uproar here. The neighbors that I carpool with came to the door yesterday and said they are pulling their boys out of our school. Apparently they weren't happy with their grades. So now I have to find a new carpool - that one was working so well to be 2 doors away with all the boys the same age and in the same sport. BUMMER!!
The carpool thing IS a bummer!

Well, my kids are very excited about Halloween. It should be lots of fun. My daughter wants to be a vampire (first time she hasn't wanted to be a princess or some variation thereof), my older son wants to be Spiderman and my youngest has not yet declared a costume.
We will most likely head out around 7:00ish and my girlfriend my come over to join us or maybe we will meet somewhere between our house and theirs. Not really sure. I guess we should firm up the plans soon. Maybe even join in with some others. We shall see. It should all be fun!!!
I may or may not dress up. Haven't really decided. I guess I could. The kids would probably get a kick out of it. They are with their dad this weekend then with me for the next two so we will probably work what/when/costumes...
So that is it for us. I'm glad you posted this. It is time to start making some plans.

Unfortunately, my kids are getting to the age that trick-or-treating isn't a very big deal anymore (can you see the tears???)
Alas, I don't have the time or creativity to make a costume or create one out of second-hand store finds.
Ben Hur!!!
Well, it was either Ben Hur or Elvis, and
