Ave is so cool in her costume - how did you think of that? The pumpkins are neat, too, where did you find those - did they have some sort of display or contest? Looks like you guys had a great time - thanks for sharing!! I always love the pix of your dogs - they look so nice and so well behaved.

My DS ran off with the pack of neighborhood boys and ditched me which was okay because it is a nice pack of kids. Meanwhile our puppies kept finding tootsie rolls in the house and eating them - they ate like 10 of them which I kept picking up in between the door bell ringing. At one point one of them had a lollipop in his mouth! So those two kept me busy. Turns out DS had a stash of candy in his room I didn't know about - but the dogs did.

I was surprise that DS got up so early and got ready for school all on his own this morning.

Looked like a great day for you and Avery. The pumpkin carvings were great. Avery's costume was very unique. You get points for originality.

Me and "the girls" (my dogs) were all set to give out treats at home this year and only had 12 kids come by! To say the least there are lots of leftovers, which I don't mind one bit. I'm like Moody, MORE CANDY FOR ME! The weather was perfect for Halloween. I just sat on my front porch with my book and ate candy!

My DD14 put some colored stripes in her hair and struck out with her buddies for a while and that was about it. I miss her not dressing up and taking her out for Halloween. She is out of school today and tomorrow. She attends a Catholic school and they always get out for All Saints Day. I'm not sure why they are out tomorrow. I almost woke her up for school this morning!

Great costumes!!! And I can see why the fisherman and shark won the contest! They are both TOO cute!

I'm still ROLLING about the crawling shark on the floor... that is priceless!!!
