Well, Nicolas is going to visit grandma on friday, so we're going to have a date night.

I've been told that there is a surprise for mother's day, but managed to get no further details from either male in my life :)

I will be packing. I just found out today that Mike is having something delivered to my work tomorrow for Mothers day (the reason I found this out is because I told him I was leaving early for a dr's appt) he ordered whatever it is last week, and kept it a secret until today! (I'm TERRIBLE with secrets)

Mother's Day...what is that? I have forgotten that holiday, it's been a while since I have had one.

This weekend is filled with baseball and family. Would rather have a day at the spa then a day at the baseball field.

I'll be doing basically the same thing I do every Sunday- hanging with the kids, gardening, playing my sax. Maybe work in a picnic or something. I'll spend some time with my mother, also, although we don't ever make official plans to do anything.

I am spending the weekend like most weekends when I have both of my kids. Running around like a chicken with it's head cut off! My DD has a horse show tomorrow. DS has to attend a half day of Saturday school in lieu of a detention.
Sunday we have church and I think we will go out to eat afterwards. Not sure what the rest of the day will hold. I would love to take a nap, but I doubt that is even in the realm of possibilities!

Wow - everyone is busy with their kids. No rest for the weary - but you all sound like such dedicated moms and the satisfaction from seeing your kids do well is the gift, right?

DS said we can do whatever I want to do - go shopping, out to eat or the movies. I think that we will probably mix it up for both of us - let him play with his friends and maybe take the puppies for a swim and then go to dinner. Not sure what my mom is doing - we might get to see her - she is busy babysitting my sister's kids.
